What this website collects
Pages set no cookies and load no advertising or analytics trackers. The site counts page views and clicks on WhatsApp, phone and featured links as daily totals; these counts contain nothing that identifies you.
When you send a form
Enquiry, "notify me" and registration forms send the details you type (such as your name, email, phone number, country and role) to The Fertilis Academy. They are used to answer your enquiry, to run your registration, and, only if you tick the box, to tell you about future courses. The form also sends how you found the site (for example the campaign link you followed), which this browser keeps until then.
Payments
When a course takes payment on this site, the payment is handled by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go to Razorpay, not to the academy. The academy receives the payment status and reference.
Emails from the academy (confirmations, receipts and replies) are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data the academy holds about you, and you can withdraw consent to course emails at any time using the link in any email. Write to thefertilisacademy@gmail.com. Enquiries that don't lead to a registration are deleted after 24 months.
Links to other services
Links on this site open WhatsApp, your phone dialler or your email app, the academy's course store (giukt.courses.store), and Google Play or the App Store for the MyInstitute app. Those services have their own privacy policies.
Photographs
Photographs on this site show academy training sessions and faculty. If you appear in a photograph and would like it removed, email thefertilisacademy@gmail.com and it will be taken down.
